General. A payment must be submitted to AttorneysWS.Com
first. After we receive your payment we will
send you an email within 24 hours giving you
access to your own Control Panel. It is the responsibility
of the Lawyer or Law Firm to post your own
Law Firm Listing. All key words are approved
twice a day. AttorneysWS.Com accepts payment by
credit cards/debit cards through PayPal or
by Company Checks. You do not have to be a
member of PayPal to pay through PayPal.
PayPal also accepts on line checks. Attorney or Law Firm agrees
to be bound by the terms of this contract.
No conditions other than those set forth herein
shall be binding on AttorneysWS.Com. This
contract supersedes any previous agreements
between AttorneysWS.Com and Attorney/Law
Firm relating to the subject matter set forth herein.
AttorneysWS.Com's only obligation is hereunder shall be to serve
advertisements of the advertiser described
herein, and in no event shall AttorneysWS.Com
be obligated to serve advertisements for any
other advertiser or be responsible for any
down time that may occur.
2.
Changes and Cancellations. Changes can be made via
Lawyers own Control Panel 24/7. AttorneysWS.Com will NOT REFUND its
customers for any Cancellations. Once a Law
Firm has paid you are given full access to
your own Control Panel. AttorneysWS.Com RESERVES the right to
not accept certain key words phrases or
certain customers at their discretion. AttorneysWS.Com reserves the right to change
any of its advertising specifications at
any time including pricing without any
warning to its advertisers.
3.
KEYWORD(s) or PHRASE(s) AttorneysWS.Com
Gives the Attorney or Law Firm access
to their own Control Panel. The Attorney or
Law Firm can post unlimited Key Words,
Categories, or Phrases for as long as the
Law Firm has paid for its listing.
AttorneysWS.Com does NOT charge for anything
extra.
4.
Listings. Lawyers or Law Firms posts
their own listings on AttorneysWS.Com Search
Engine. 5.
Payment. AttorneysWS.Com accepts
payment via PayPal or by Company Check. Your Law Firm
will only have access to your own Control
Panel after payment has been cleared. 6.
Refunds. AttorneysWS.Com will NOT refund a customer for any reason whatsoever.
Once the Lawyer or Law Firm paid for a
listing there will be absolutely
NO REFUNDS issued in whole or part.
6(b).
Harassing Emails. AttorneysWS.Com
staff, administrator, or employees will NOT
tolerate any Harassing, threatening,
intimidation and abusive emails from
customers or visitors at any time. If we receive
any such email(s) then AttorneysWS.Com
reserves the right to cancel and delete any
Law Firm Listing with or without any notice.
7.
Rejections. AttorneysWS.Com reserves
the right, without liability, to reject,
omit or exclude any advertisement or to
reject or terminate any links, key
Word(s), Phrase(s), buttons,
boxes or banners for any reason at any time,
with or without notice to the advertiser/agency,
and whether or not such advertisement, link,
button, box or banner was previously acknowledged,
accepted, or published.
8.
DATABASE. AttorneysWS.Com Search
Engine has a database which it uses for its
customers and visitors. Visitors access the
data base on AttorneysWS.Com Search Engine
and when they type in the Key Word
it directs them to our customer's web site.
This AttorneysWS.Com Search Engine is for
visitors to find an Attorney or Lawyer not
for other competitors stealing our Database.
If you are caught stealing our database we
will prosecute you to the fullest length of
the Law. We record all traffic.
9.
Licenses and Indemnification. Advertiser/agency
grants AttorneysWS.Com the right to use,
reproduce, publicly display and distribute
advertiser's advertisements and collateral
information and warrants that advertiser/agency
has the right to grant such license. Advertiser/Agency
represents that the advertiser is the owner
or is licensed to use the entire contents
and subject matter contained in its advertisements
and collateral information, including, without
limitation, (a) the names and/or pictures
of persons; (b) any copyrighted material,
trademarks, service marks, logos, and/or
depictions of trademarked or service marked
goods or services; and (c) any testimonials
or endorsements contained in any advertisement
submitted to AttorneysWS.Com. In addition,
advertiser/agency represents that the advertiser's
advertisements and collateral information
do not violate any applicable local, state
or federal law or regulation. In consideration
of AttorneysWS.Com's acceptance of such
advertisements and information for publication,
the advertiser and agency will jointly and
severally indemnify and hold harmless AttorneysWS.Com
and its officers, directors, shareholders,
employees, accountants, attorneys, agents,
parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, successors
and assigns from and against any and all
third party claims, damages, liabilities,
costs and expenses, including reasonable
legal fees and expenses, arising out of
or related to: (i) advertiser/agency's breach
of any covenants, representations and warranties
made therein, (ii) AttorneysWS.Com's performance
under this contract, and (iii) the copying,
printing, distributing, transmitting or
publishing of advertiser's/agency's advertisements
or collateral information by AttorneysWS.Com. 10.
Limitation of Liability. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES
WILL AttorneysWS.Com BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL,
INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES,
INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, FOR LOST INCOME
OR PROFITS, IN ANY WAY ARISING OUT OF OR
RELATED TO THIS CONTRACT, EVEN IF AttorneysWS.Com
HAS BEEN ADVISED AS TO THE POSSIBILITY OF
SUCH DAMAGES. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL
AttorneysWS.Com BE LIABLE FOR ANY
DOWNTIME.
